Hanna

Hanna was our "Star Student of the Week" during the week of March 11-15. She shared many unique items and pictures with us. She even played Mary Had A Little Lamb on her violin!!

FUN FACT OF THE DAY!

Every day at least one of my students writes a fun fact on the board. Usually, our facts are about different concepts dealing with science, mathematics or literature. I thought this fun fact that Evan wrote was hilarious!!

J.T. brought many fascinating items to share with his classmates. We all learned a lot from him. We also got to ask his dad a lot of questions about his bear rug and boar's head.

Spelling Bee Champion: Neil Dogra

Ms. Kinggard and Neil's classmates are very proud of him for winning this years 2nd grade Spelling Bee! Great Job!!

All of the Spelling Bee Contestants: Hanna and Neil were the were the Spelling Bee representatives from Ms. Kinggard's class. They both did a wonderful job!!

Just a funny background story: Hanna won the 1st grade Spelling Bee last year at Roberts Elementary. So she brought her trophy from last year to take a picture next to Neil's new trophy that he won at this years Spelling Bee. 

Star Student: Carter

Carter was our "Star Student" of the week during December 10-14. He shared many unique facts about himself and his family with the rest of the class.

Gabrielle was our "Star Student" during the week of December 3 - 7. She shared many new and exciting things with her classmates while we listened to her favorite music artist in the background: Taylor Swift.
